§ 01 — Scope

The service

primecoastnetwork is an editorial archive of hotels, filed from Darwin, Northern Territory. It publishes descriptive entries about buildings and the hotels inside them. Using the site means accepting these terms.

What it is not

This is not a news publication. The entries borrow the shape of wire copy, but they report no events, and the dateline on each one records a place and the month the entry was last checked rather than the date of anything occurring.

We are not a travel agent, tour operator, booking intermediary or affiliate. No bookings are taken, no inventory is held, no commission is charged, no placement is sold, and no booking or gambling operator is linked from any page. Whatever you arrange with a hotel is between you and that hotel.

Accuracy

Entries are compiled from publicly available material, including hotel and operator sites and published architectural writing. Hotels change hands, names, seasons and facilities without telling anyone. Each entry carries the month it was last checked, and we give no guarantee that it holds good after that month. Confirm anything that matters to you with the hotel before relying on it.

Not advice

Nothing here is advice to book, buy or travel, and nothing here is financial, legal or professional advice of any kind.

Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, or any other right you hold that cannot lawfully be excluded. So far as the law allows, liability beyond that is limited to supplying the affected part of the service again.

Where we point outside this site we do not control what is there and are not answerable for it. Such links are references, never endorsements.

Republishing whole entries, or reproducing the archive in bulk, needs written permission. Hotel names and marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Corrections

If something is wrong, write to desk@primecoastnetwork.com. Reported errors are checked against open sources, fixed, and the checked month on the entry is moved. A hotel may send a correction about its own entry whenever it likes. Accurate entries are not withdrawn on request, and entries are not added on request.

The Casino Hotels wire

That wire describes four Canadian hotels for their architecture, rooms and restaurants. It does not promote gambling, does not describe gaming areas and links to no operator. Casinos are for adults only: 19+ in most Canadian provinces, 18+ in Québec, and 18+ in Australia. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory and of the Commonwealth of Australia, and the courts of the Northern Territory have jurisdiction.
